The Kasouga Trail Run is proud to donate a portion of all race proceeds to PalCare, a local non-profit offering free, compassionate palliative and hospice care to individuals and families across Grahamstown (Makhanda) and the Sunshine Coast.

PalCare walks alongside patients and their loved ones from diagnosis through end-of-life, providing medical support, emotional and spiritual care, and empowering families to look after their loved ones at home.
